Update or Create website banner for mobile version

I would need a pro of Photoshop with style who can update an existing banner to make it more appropriate to the website topic (igaming with bitcoin) and must be visible on Mobile version site. Adapt the appropriate size of the image.The designer has to provide the description of how he sees the project for acceptance. If the designer can provide a quick mock up for the project it's a plus.
