Unique VTube Water Drop Model -- 2

I'm looking for a creative VTube model artist to design a funny and quirky character. My character is a water drop with an eyepatch.

Requirements:
- Design a water drop character with an eyepatch
- Incorporate funny and quirky personality traits
- Enable eye and mouth movement for expressions

Ideal Skills:
- Experience in character design (realistic style prefered)
- Proficiency in animation for eye and mouth movement
- Strong creativity and ability to capture unique concepts
-must be in .VSFAvatar format hence it is being used as a vtuber avatar and needs to be able to be used in place of my face while on camera please make sure you understand this before bidding on the project
