Unique Illustration T-Shirt Design

Hey, I'm looking for a graphic to go on my white t-shirt. I'd like to have a group of 3-4 girls in bikinis washing a big Peterbilt truck. One of the girls, the most important one, will need to be a blond with dimples, I would like her to not have a top on, maybe an arm or a pressure washer wand covering her breast a bit so no nipple is seen. The Catch phrase for the picture will be Dripping Wet since 2014. Or Getting you wet since 2014. I haven't decided which yet. Maybe this could go above the picture, but i am open to suggestions. Somewhere on the picture I would like a dixie flag, either on the top of the truck or on the hood, something like the general lee from dukes of hazzard. I am aware some people may not be comfortable with making this so please let me know if you can make it happen.
