Udderly Cold backdrop

I need the attached png file to be rendered to fit a sign that is 90"Hx115"W with a minimum dpi of 72. This drawing was created in Fusion 360. Can you work from this file? If so, how much and how long? In a hurry. I need to be advised on if this can be done and I want it quoted please.
