Typeface and Font Reproductions with Diacritics and one Custom Character

I need reproductions of popular English fonts with some modifications. The project is called "The Better B" and entails alterations of the lower cases of D and B, and the addition of support for existing Unicode characters and characters with diacritical marks.

Requirements:
Customize Arial, Times New Roman, Helvetica, Garamond, Verdana, Gill Sans, Futura, Georgia, Trajan, Roboto, Century Gothic, Rockwell, Baskerville, and other popular fonts by:
- Adjusting the lowercase of 'D' to 'b' and lowercase of 'B' to a new character shape. Picture included.
- Add or ensure support for the following characters: (Þ, þ), (Ꝥ,ꝥ), & (Ŋ, ŋ)
- Add or ensure support for the following characters with diacritical marks: (Ā,ā), (Ē,ē), (Ī, ī), (Ŏ,ŏ), (Ō,ō), (Ȯ,ȯ), (O̭,o̭), (Ū,ū), (Ṷ,ṷ), (Š, š), (Ž ,ž), & (Ț, ț)
- Include Bold and Italics variations
- Deliverables should be titled by the original name followed by "Better B" and in OTF and TTF file formats. Future possibility for WOFF.

Ideal Skills:
- Font design expertise
- Experience with popular typefaces
- Attention to detail and customization
- Designer eye to make newly supported characters match each style flawlessly
- Fontforge or similar font creation software
- Ability to export deliverables in consumer ready formats

Milestones will be at each completed Typeface. Pay per Typeface is negotiable No guarantee for all typeface requests listed above. Open for additional typeface if all goes well.
