Two Modern Event Flyers Design

I'm require two event flyer to be designed. These flyers are meant to serve as invitations to a general public event, so they should be designed with that audience in mind.
Key Requirements:
- Each flyer will include 40-50 words of text and two photographs.
- The design style should be modern and minimalist.
- The designer should have experience creating promotional material and be able to deliver a design that is both visually appealing and easy to read.
