Turn hand notes into infographics

I want to compile my Italian learning notes into simple infographics that make the information well organised and simple to follow. At the moment I get lost in my own notes as the information is not organised well enough. I would like all pages to use the same sort of style which would be simple for a brand new language learner to follow. I would like them compiled in a format that I could update myself - so using a freely accessible program that is simple to use. I have attached some pages to give examples as my notes currently are now. Would like a quote for each ten pages at a time so that I can build my notebook to completion.
