Tshirt designer for business

We just opened a BBQ joint named The Pecan Pit. I am interested in someone designing something for our uniforms and also that we can merchandise to the public. I think a pig fishing would be cute, or something bbq-ish. It is lake front at our marina so I would like to incorporate the BBQ aspect along with lakeside dining.
