Tshirt design

I'm looking to create an awesome tshirt design with a sports theme. My preferred sport of choice is watercross racing, but I'm open to other ideas. It's important to me that the design is modern and appealing, and that it stands out from the crowd. I need this project completed as soon as possible so time efficiency is a must! I attached 2 images of tshirts that we sort of want to mash together. I also sent 5 images of each racer on the team which we would like on the back of the shirt. The front of the shirt I’d like it to say BAD JUJU in the corner. Preferably a black shirt with red words.
