Tshirt design

I am looking for someone to design an eye-catching t-shirt that follows a detailed illustration style. The theme and concept of the design is completely open to interpretation, so I'm open to any ideas and suggestions the artist may have. Ideally, the design should incorporate a unique, vivid and inspiring concept. The end result should be visually impactful and memorable. An appreciation for graphic arts and illustration is a must.
