Tshirt design

Looking for a tshirt design that is more than just our logo printed on a shirt. I see many brands that have multiple concepts of their logo/company designed different way. I would like to develop a relationship with the right designer so that would could have 4-5 shirts designed each year. I am including our logo and examples of tshirt concepts that may give you an idea of what I'm talking about.
