Tshirt and campaign design needed for nonprofit

We are looking for a new design for our daughters nonprofit. We have a style and image we have used for years and would like to make a new design based on a different picture of hers. It is called Eloise Takes On The World. We have stickers we give away and we sell merch to raise money for the UMDF
