Trifold pamphlet

Hi all. I have a trifold brochure that I need recreated. I have been trying to get a hold of the person who created them and orders them for us, but they have ghosted me. I do not have any digital files. I am a beginner-ish on Illustrator and it is just a little beyond my talent at the moment. Price negotiable. I am unsure of fair market value.
