Trifold Brochure revamp update design & some text content

Hello, I'm looking for a designer to help create a new fresh look for our trifold brochure. We do not have the raw file, so we would like for you to re-create with new fresh updated look. You can open in acrobat to copy the content without having to retype the content we want to keep. It’s an old brochure, so a fresh look would be nice. We are fine with substituted photos as well. The content would stay in the same place on the brochure, just with a couple of changes.
