Transparent Vinyl Label Sticker Design

I want a design that can be printed on a transparent vinyl label that meets a Christmas theme that can go on the bottle that is displayed in one of the pictures attached. The picture shows the dimensions of the bottle. A red ribbon will be tied at the top of the bottle and small chocolates will be inside them wrapped in gold (this information is to give you an idea of how the final product would look). I am going for a luxurious look. I want the following text to be on the design: ROCE ROLLS (Above) Chocolate Raspberry Créme (Below the first text to the right). I also want the icons attached to be on the design.
