Seeking Creative Retail Design & Visual Merchandising Expert for Tech Store

We are a leading tech retail store located in Venezuela. We boast an extensive catalog of over 2000 products, ranging from desktop computers and monitors to peripherals, audio equipment, cameras, networking gear, gaming chairs, and much more. We pride ourselves on offering a comprehensive shopping experience to our customers.

We are currently looking for a talented and experienced professional to help us transform the visual appeal and communication within our physical store. Our goal is to elevate our product displays and in-store communication to be more minimalist, appealing, functional, and truly inviting for purchase.

This includes the design of product talkers/signage, communication on furniture, personalizing and segmenting zones by category, and creating brochures and other graphic materials that reinforce our brand and guide the customer effectively.

What We're Looking For In You:

We need a Retail Designer, Visual Merchandiser, or Point-of-Purchase (POP) Communication Expert with proven experience and a creative mind. Your mission will be to advise us and develop concrete solutions for:

Exhibit & Display Design: Create display concepts that are aesthetically pleasing, minimalist, highlight the product, and allow for efficient inventory rotation.
Strategic Visual Merchandising: Optimize product arrangement, lighting usage, and customer flow within the store to enhance the shopping experience and boost sales.
Point-of-Purchase (POP) Communication: Design cohesive and effective in-store signage (product talkers, furniture graphics, vinyl decals, etc.), and brochure templates that maintain PC Actual's brand identity.
Zoning & Area Personalization: Help us organize and define distinct characters for different product categories (e.g., "Gaming Zone," "Production Studio," "Productivity Hub").
Key Skills & Experience (Essential):

Extensive experience in Retail Design or Visual Merchandising for physical stores.
Demonstrable portfolio with relevant projects in store design, exhibition design, or POP communication (experience in tech or electronics retail is a strong plus).
Creativity and ability to propose innovative and aesthetically appealing solutions.
Strong Graphic Design skills for creating print and digital communication materials.
Understanding of consumer psychology in retail environments.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
