Transfer faded text and graphics to file for T-Shirt Creation

I'm looking for a graphic designer with a background in T-Shirts or apparel to help take vintage/faded graphics from old clothing to make into new T-Shirt designs. Looking for resolution of 300 dpi at full size in a vector file. 1 shirt to start but much more work available if the work is satisfactory. A background in vintage Americana clothing preferred.
