Trail Running Brand Upgrade

I'm looking for a talented designer to elevate my trail running event branding. My current logo is a combined text and icon design, and I want to keep the current icon style, but enhance its overall quality and coherence. The new design has to be in line with a consistent use of sans-serif fonts.
