Traditional Tattoo Illustration Needed

Job ID: 37946345

Budget: $50 – $0 USD

Here’s what the tattoos represent for me.
Meaning 1: It, Is, What, It, Is – Becomes, What, You, Make, It
Meaning 2: Physical, Emotional, Mental, Spiritual realms
Meaning 3: You are here

Tattoo Placement:
On all 10 finger areas, between the hand and finger knuckles. A total of 15 tattoos will be positioned so that symbols and dots are readable from the wearer's perspective, starting at the top of each knuckle area closest to the finger knuckles. This ensures the tattoos appear right-side-up to the wearer, not inverted as they would be to an onlooker.
Meaning 1 Design (10 tattoos):
Attached is an image with Latin symbols corresponding to English alphabet letters. I've highlighted the Latin letters equivalent to English. For the message "It Is What It Is - Becomes What You Make It" (I.I.W.I.I - B.W.Y.M.I), I need 5 Latin symbols for each of my 10 fingers, translating the initial letters. On the left hand, symbols for IIWII are placed from the pinky to the thumb, one symbol per knuckle. On the right hand, symbols for BWYMI are arranged from the thumb to the pinky, also one symbol per knuckle.

Meaning 2 Design (4 tattoos – left hand knuckles only):
I’ve attached a pic showing the Brail dot system that represent letters of the alphabet. I drew a box around the letters that translate to English. There are 4 Brial tattoos needed left hand fingers fingers to translate the first letters of the message: Physical, Emotional, Mental, Spiritual realms (P.E.M.S)
On the left hand, starting with the pinky and beneath each Latin symbol for 'I', a Braille dot tattoo representing each letter of "PEMS" is required.

Meaning 3 Design (1 tattoo – right hand knuckle):
A symbol representing ‘You are here’ (Consciousness). I’m thinking of a simple dot with a circle around it but open to suggestions.
On the right-hand thumb knuckle area and beneath the Latin symbol for 'I'

General:
I want the tattoos to be as lasting as possible but realize the knuckle area will fade quickly. I know I’ll need touchups over time.
The challenge is the small area to work with but hoping by using simple black tattoos your design genius can create something wonderful?
