Traditional Design Enhancement for Two Booklets

I'm looking for a designer to improve the design of two informational booklets. They need to be modernized, while still maintaining a traditional and classic style.

Key Requirements recipe booklet:
- Retain a traditional and classic style in the design.
- Apply a color scheme of purple and green, or purple, green, and beige on the recipe booklet.
- add page no. and numbers to the index

booklet 2 (rec.2)
- Add a title page, title: Darmreinigung A-Z and a graphic/image (topic is gut cleansing)
- improve the formatting of the text. it is a bit off. sometimes too close to the edges. text might be slightly too big.
- obtionally can be improved visually, graphical

Ideal Skills:
- Strong graphic design background.
- Experience with designing traditional and classic style materials.
- Ability to work with specified color schemes.
