Traditional Chinese Cultural Booklet Design -- 2

I need an InDesign expert to transform my basic A5 educational booklet from Word into an appealing PDF (source file will need to be provided as well). The content is written in Traditional Chinese, so understanding the language is crucial.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in InDesign or other similar booklet design software.
- Understanding of Traditional Chinese
- Experience with traditional Chinese cultural booklet design
- Incorporation of traditional motifs, patterns, illustrations and photographs

Skills in cultural sensitivity and design aesthetics are a plus. Please share relevant portfolio work.
