AI Tool with a web interface

I am looking to develop an AI tool. With the help of this AI, I envision the tool will be able to generate Marketing brochures in certain domain. As far as the platform, I am open to suggestions from you, the freelancer. I have a budget of ₹250,000 – 500,000 INR and am open to any other proposals that would fit in that budget.
