Timeless Classic Logo Design for SOC

I'm looking for a skilled graphic designer who can create a classic and timeless logo for my business, Southern Operator Co. The logo needs to be designed in black and white, and should incorporate the following elements:
- A circular shape
- A gate background
- An operator arm on the gate
- Silhouettes of the CSL24 operator box on the left side and the LA 400 arm on the right side
- My company name on the inside top of the circle
- 'S.O.C initials in the middle of the gate logo on the gate
The logo should convey a classic and timeless feel. It will be used across a variety of platforms, including shirts, hats, stickers, and advertisements, so it needs to be versatile and easily recognizable. Experience in creating logos for similar industries will be a plus.
