I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can help me convert a large TIFF file into an Adobe Illustrator banner. The TIFF file is 5MB or larger in size. I need the banner to have specific dimensions, which I will provide. However, I am not sure if there are any specific design elements or text that should be included in the banner. I would appreciate a professional opinion on this matter. For size purposes I've included the jpg version of the graphic we would like converted.
