Thumbnail designer

Hello! I am looking for a freelance creative thumbnail designer to help me out with a youtube video. I need thumbnails that have a realistic style to them, while also incorporating specific colors and branding guidelines that I have in mind. I less than 20 designs created a month, so this project might be long-term. If you are a talented designer who has experience in creating realistic thumbnails, then I would like to hear from you.
