Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
Ideally someone that has done THUMBAILS in the FEMININITY niche and that has brought high CTR.
Someone that can design captivating thumbnails on the Femininity topic that Will make the viewer Click on the video.
Ideally looking for a person to work with long term.
Could be 2-4 thumbnails a week.
Please do not respond if you are entry level or do not have links to your high CTR thumbnails
As channel grows, there will bonuses, and increase in pay etc.

The thumbnail designer should be able to do the following:
* You should have knowledge about Femininity.
* Speak fluent English
* Communicate effectively
* Be creative and humorous
*Must have some knowledge of Youtube videos Rules & Regulations
If you've previously designed 'cash cow' YouTube thumbnail in the femininity genre, please share samples of your work.
