I have three websites to develop for my real estate business that require logos.
One targets new house searches in Bradford Ontario - bradfordnewhouses.ca
One targets open house searches in Bradford Ontario - bradfordopenhouses.ca
One targets sold house searches in Bradford Ontario - soldonbradford.ca
All three logos can tie into one another, brand colours and elements can be reused, there can be a common theme. Or, they can stand apart each as their own entity. I lean to the common theme, and colours that compliment Century 21 branding.
The winning designer should also be available to do another set of logos in 2022 for another city, essentially the same as this set but just another city name.
I have included a sample logo as inspiration. I like that this logo is simple, and shows the house as negative (open) space, obviously ties into the open house site.
The logos should be professional, but simple in appearance and must work with colour or in black and white/greyscale. They will be printed out by clients at home, I won't have control of their colour settings and page scaling.
I will need PSD, Illustrator and PNG versions of the file
