Hi, I need a quick design for a fabric, the background is black tulle and embroidered with cricular black rose of velvet (deep black color) fabric and the lines inside the rose is more dull black in color - resemble satin/cotton, with sky blue small Swarovski crystal in the middle of each rose. Idea illustration is attached. Fixed final price of 50$.
