Templates creator, creative designer

I'm looking for a creative designer to build templates for my project. The templates will primarily be used to create websites, emails, and print work. I am open to suggestions for design elements or themes, but all must fit within my brand guidelines. I anticipate needing more than 7 templates in total. To ensure the quality of work is consistently met, I would like these to be created to high standards using industry-standard tools.
