Template designer for quotes/estimates, compatible with Xero accounting software

We're a small video production agency. We are looking to beautify the quotes/estimates we send to clients. We use Xero accounting software and send our quotes through that. We don't like the 'standard' templates offered through Xero, so we want to design an 'advanced' template -- but Xero forces you to use Microsoft Word for this, which is too time consuming for us. We'd like to outsource the gig to you....
