Christmas light installers are hiring an experienced telemarketer to call Newport Beach, Huntington Beach and Costa Mesa California homeowners about our Holiday Lighting Installation, Lighting Removal, and Landscape Lighting services.
The season is short, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
Compensation
$10 per hour
Paid every Friday
$40+ bonus for every lead that converts into a job
Additional bonuses for strong performance
Opportunity for year-round work (home improvement & commercial calls) after the holiday season
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years telemarketing experience
Must be able to speak clearly and professionally
Must be reliable, disciplined, and able to work independently
Must keep accurate logs of every call
Must submit daily reports of calls, contacts, and outcomes
Must have a quiet space for calling
Must have your own phone and basic computer skills
Must be comfortable calling California homeowners
If you do not have at least 3 years of outbound calling / telemarketing experience, please do not apply.
Your Duties
Call targeted homeowners in Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, and other California areas
Offer holiday light installation & removal (starting at $5 per linear foot)
Offer year-round landscape lighting installation
Use an agreed on script
We really want live transfer or
Collect homeowner information and book leads
Record every call and outcome in a daily log
Submit daily and weekly performance reports
Seasonal Need With Long-Term Potential
The holiday season only has 3–4 weeks left, so fast action and consistent effort are key.
If you perform well, we will keep you on year-round to call homeowners and businesses for:
Home improvement leads
Commercial improvement leads
Remodel & construction project leads
