Tee-Shirt design for volunteer group

I am looking for some art work to go onto a tee-shirt. Specifically, a comet, with the tail containing the word "welcoming". I'd like the letters to be sparkly and look like they are actually a part of the tail of the comet. I would also like the comet to look friendly. Maybe a little cartoonish, with a small smiling face.
