Tee Shirt create

Hi i am in the process of starting a Catholic T shirt company called Sevens with a very simple t shirt, however i am not good with adobe illustrator as i have learned over the last week and would rather have professional build the non complex t shirt if possible. The T Shirt would say GOD IS GOOD in FUTURA across the chest with a trademark symbol after GOOD. The IS would be a little smaller but not to much smaller. I attached a sample below. THE company logo would be in the bottom left of the shirt and is called SEVENS however I would like the logo to be arched and the V to be a 7 and a mirrored 7. i do not have a specific font for the logo yet but am open to ideas
