Techpack for my Sketches

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to help me create a techpack for my sketches. These sketches relate to clothing and apparel, and I don't have any specific materials in mind so suggestions would be great. I would like the level of detail included in the techpack to be at a basic level, such as dimensions, materials and colors. Experience in the apparel industry is a must, and I am willing to pay for the right person!
