Technical Course Slides preparation

I am working on technical course preparation. The course will be presented via Power Point slides as they contains different texts and figures. I need a professional graphic designer with very good experience in PPT slides design to :
1- Set and design standard format for the whole course slides (logo placement, background color, figures and texts sections frames and layouts)
2- Design / modify the structure of the slide, as per instructions from the owner, in terms of smart shapes adding, figures and text appearance and animation.
3- Set professional slides transition.
4- Set a standard text layout for all slides headers (font side, color and text type)
5- Design insightful graphics as reflection// clarification for text, at request
6- Transform sketched into graphics, sketches to be provided by the owner, at request
7- Design a professional YouTube thumbnail for the course slides
