Tech pack for round neck unisex t-shirt

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a tech pack for a round neck unisex t-shirt. The project requires the following:

Fabric:
- Banana fabric (for black and white t-shirts)
- Bamboo fabric (for black, white, blue, and green t-shirts)

Color:
- Black and white for banana fabric t-shirts
- Black, white, blue, green, and red for bamboo fabric t-shirts

Size Range:
- M to XL

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in creating tech packs for clothing items
- Knowledge of different fabric types and their properties
- Attention to detail in specifying color and size requirements
- Ability to accurately communicate design specifications for manufacturing purposes
