Tech Pack for sports clothing brand

I am looking for a freelancer to help create a tech pack for a sports clothing brand I am creating. It will will be designed for running, cycling, yoga, as well as everyday lifestyle. I have specific design requirements for the clothing, and I expect the 1-5 items to be included in this tech pack.
The tech pack must include high-quality blueprints and detailed specifications that meet industry standards. I need someone with an eye for fashion and an understanding of colors and style to help make my vision for this clothing line come alive. Someone with technical skills and expertise in fabric technology is also necessary given the nature of this project.
