Tech Pack for Patented Drink Holder

I am in need of a tech pack for a patented drink holder. I have specific dimensions and design requirements for the holder. For materials, I prefer PU leather and piping, and for colors and styles, I have a specific idea. The ideal freelancer for this project will have a wide knowledge of materials, and be able to create a technical and detailed tech packet based on my preferences in order to meet the exact specifications of this project.
