Tech Pack Designer

I am looking for an experienced tech pack designer to help create technical packs for a clothing line. I have some basic information about the cuts and construction methods, but need help incorporating them into a techpack. I also have some images or sketches of the designs, which should be used as references. I require a organized and detailed tech pack that is ready to be sent to manufactures. The ideal freelancer should have experience in creating tech packs, and have knowledge of different garment construction methods and standard measurements/preferences. A successful project deliverable includes a complete tech pack in PDF format.
