Tech Pack Designer

I have drawn out designs however, do not have experience within creating tech packs. I would like someone to create tech packs with the stitching included. I have created mood boards and initial designs however, need assistance with the technical side before sending these over to manufacturers. I would be looking for someone who can understand my brands identity and incorporate this. To begin, I am looking at creating blazers which are longer than usual and have larger pockets. With corporate style trousers which are comfortable and stretchy. Can offer more info on this. Also, I would want to incorporate shirts which follow the same guidelines. My idea is to create products that last a very long time, stay in fashions, are comfortable and ensure sustainability is at the heart of it all. Finally, I would look to incorporate a basics range of t-shirts, vests, long sleeved tops etc. The below are examples but I have many more sketches.
