Tea packet designer

I am looking to commission a design for a series of tea packets I am selling. The packet design we are using currently is attached. But we are looking for a unique design with modern feel. The main aim is to attract customer by the look. I am open to suggestions with regards to colors and images used in the design. I need a few different designs in total; one for each variety of the tea, but the designs should be unified overall such that they form a related family when placed together. The right designer for this ought to be experienced with creating designs with a vintage vibe, and someone with a good eye for detail.
