Tay In LA shirt design

I'm looking for a creative designer to create a vintage-style T-shirt design with a monochrome/sepia color scheme that incorporates specific images and elements. The shirt was a bootleg shirt after the concert and we cannot find the supplier. I’m attaching images of the front and back. The front is a pretty standard image used for her official merch.
