Tattoo idea

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to help develop a custom tattoo design for me. My style of choice is realism, and I plan to place the tattoo on my back. The general theme or elements I want in the tattoo should be a skeleton warrior, wearing a lions pelt and the lions mouth is wrapped around the top of the skull like a hat, the skeletons hands will be in steeple position with a chained pocket watch hanging from his fingers. The meaning of this piece for me is no matter your strength your time will come. I attaced a few images for references as a general idea.
