Tattoo designer

Im looking to get a tattoo on my forearm that is about my son. My idea is lion with him been a leo with the eyes being the same colour as the birthstone as august with a pocket watch that will show the time he was born with what looks like engraving of his name and date he was born but the handles of the watch been purple with him also been premature and it symbols premature awareness.

But the rest of the tattoo i would like to be in black and white
