Tattoo Design

I am looking for an artist to help me design a family, cross generational tattoo which incorporates about a dozen specific images and slogans into a Celtic cross, which will be around 8" high. The images will be both color and black and white and incorporate Celtic rope designs weaved throughout. I have the examples of images but need to have someone place them creatively so that they don't appear "cut and pasted", if that makes sense.'
I would prefer someone who is familiar with Irish designs and would like to hear the persons ideas and see examples of past work.
