Takeaway menu design

I am looking for someone to take a basic menu we have written (its in word) and create a tri-fold takeaway menu for us which will be used for a mail drop. You could take photos / information from our face book page / website to add some descriptions about our pub if needed. We are on just eat, so want to deliver these menus to local residents to encourage them to either go to just eat or to call us to place their orders.
