Tactical Cyber Squadron Velociraptor Design

I'm seeking a designer who can create a military and tactical style moral patch/t-shirt design for my communication squadron. We operate in the cyber domain, dealing with coding, network admin, tech support, and programming. Our mascot is the velociraptor, which should be the primary focus of the design.
Key elements to include:
- A representation of our velociraptor mascot
- Cyber elements, such as code or networks
- Possibly incorporating a keyboard and mouse
Ideal skills for this project include:
- Graphic design, particularly with military and tactical aesthetics
- Ability to creatively integrate cyber elements into the design
- Experience in creating designs for patches or t-shirts
The goal is a design that is not only visually appealing and representative of our squadron, but also suitable for a military and tactical context.
