TSHIRT EXPERTISE NEEDED

I am looking for someone to create 15 designs for 165.00 with unlimited revisions? Also, I am very picky with my designs so I would want to do a trial run first. So, are you able to do 5 designs for $55 first and then do the remainder 10 designs for $110 if I am happy with the first 5? I will provide the logos and the wording and looking for someone to add their original artistic flare to the design without changing the logo design.
