I have a Shopify website that I opened a TikTok shop. I tried to integrate the pictures would not upload. I was told by SKU IQ that I need to convert all my picture in Shopify to JPEG in order for TikTok to accept them. I also would like to know if any changes are needed to my website to increase sales. Please advise what you can offer as well as the cost. I am located in Los Angeles.
