Swrlies Clothing Merch Design

I'm looking for a talented designer to create designs for our clothing merchandise, including hats and shirts, as well as other materials. Our business, Swrlies, is a real fruit ice cream and frozen yogurt company.
The main goal of these designs is to boost our brand recognition. While we don't have a specific style yet, we want to start establishing a unique image that blends current trends with elements of our Mexican culture, alongside using our mascot.
Ideal skills and experience for this job would include:
